The entirety of our mission is made up of the desire to represent ourselves as healthcare grows into macrobusiness all around us.

We vow to represent you all the very best that we can while also moving forward to build a strong voice for NMAS EMS as a whole.
The Goal
Our goal is to unionize as one body of North Memorial EMS professionals.
If our goal is successful, an executive board for our Local will be elected by vote of our peers. After that, your executive board and MPFF/IAFF representatives will prepare us for contract negotiation and accompany our board to negotiations.

Of note .. when we negotiate a contract we have the option to have diverse contract clauses and inclusions based on our regional needs!
