Is the IAFF really bipartisan? And if so, what does that mean? What if I don't want to pay money to an organization that supports a candidate who I do not politically align with?
Interest Card Facts (Actually)
Yes, signing an interest card is easy. And no, it should not be scary. And REALLY no, it does not mean. you are voting yes for the union! It just means you are signing the petition for the vote to be held!
But .. What is in it for us?
How would this benefit me? There's a lot of talk going around that a union wouldn't change much, it would just be another cost on our paychecks. We are here to show you all the ways we could benefit!
Won't a union just protect bad colleagues?
